As Training Providers We have to carry out the following functions:- 1) Identify potential clients 2) Stimulate interest from potential and existing clients 3) Receive enquires from potential and existing clients 4) Respond to enquires from potential and existing clients 5) Design and develop training products 6) Deliver those products on client premises 7) Invoice and collect payments from clients.
