IMPORTANT! **The Email Admin Team (IBM Email) has Identified the list of emails that are using weak passwords. **Weak passwords are passwords that uses common words or easy combinations (abcd@1234, password@456, etc.).** **If you receive a call from the user having password issues, please verify on the list below if the user’s email address is listed. Ping webmail.chowking.com Good Ping Bad Ping **NOTE:Ping should resolve to the following ip addresses:IPVPN/Forticlient: 172.20.27.35/172.20.27.165 Public ip: 52.76.107.109/52.76.28.15 If ping result resolved to the IP Addresses above then skip the next step and proceed with checking the DNS Servers. Right Click Local Area Connection and Click on Properties E. Right click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then click on properties F. Make sure that the Preffered DNS Server is set to 10.0.0.111 G. Make sure that the Alternate DNS Server is set to 10.0.0.222 H. Press OK to save the settings.
