  2. What’s New? Mail • Ability to Paste Images into message using IE 10, Firefox, or Safari • Ability to easily attach an Email to a Message • Sort Sent Folder by “TO” field • Delegate authority to send messages using “Send as” or“on Behalf of”

  3. What’s New?Conversation View • Reading Pane options include: • Inline Reply to individual messages • Selecting a conversation shows all messages in the conversation • Forwarding a conversation sends the individual messages as attachments • Draft messages are saved as part of the conversation

  4. What’s New? Activity Stream • Control messages in Inbox • Less important messages delivered to AS folder • AS filter could be used to filter newsletters or messages sent to a distribution lists • Setting in Preferences, Filter…

  5. What’s New? Trash Deletion • Messages that were moved to the Trash folder more than 120 days ago are automatically deleted • Web Client & ZCO Trash affected • Daily deletion began 10/19/13 • Calendar entries not deleted

  6. What’s New?Search Tab • Dedicated Search Tab • Search results appearing in a separate tab • Contact Prefix Searching: • Searching for “Jon Smith” will also display “Jonathan Smith”
