  4. The methodHow were these data gathered? • An e-mail went out to some of our alumni whose e-mail addresses were current. • In four days, over 40 alumni replied! • I collated the replies - and Paul Nord helped set up this presentation. • Hang on … let’s have some fun!

But I often drill holes in walls.
