Course explanation: • A course which includes the most important linguistic aspects of the Thai language: • speaking, listening, reading and writing • grammar, vocabulary, Thai alphabet • numbers, clock ‘work’, daily and professional use of the language
Course explanation: Cultural aspects of Thai life: • religion + the Thai hierarchy • Thailand and the rest of the World • geography and geology • differences between Western and Thai cultures • Business and trade: economy
Benefits: • A course in a ‘slow’ but steady pace • Any foreign language is welcome: the course is given in only Thai language • Small groups: lots of personal attention • Only 3 hours per week (Saturday’s) in the class room and max. 2 hours per week homework
Benefits: • Because of the length of the course: 180 hours in approx. 1 year: • The Thai Government allows a: Non-immigrant ‘ED’ visa (multiple entry) up to 3 years (to be renewed yearly)
An ‘ED’ Visa!How? • Apply for the course online (www.8host.org), or in our office in Pattaya. • Pay the amount of THB 29,500 and send/give us a copy of your passport (every page).
An ‘ED’ Visa!How? 3. In about 3 weeks, we’ll send/hand you the documents needed to apply for an ED-visa in Laos, Malaysia or your home country. 4. Once returned to Thailand, visit our office again, and we’ll go for the next step: the extension of your visa after 90 days.
An ‘ED’ Visa!How? 5. Once you’ve started your course, we’ll keep in touch regarding your visa and the necessary steps to be taken.
An ‘ED’ Visa!How? 6. Every 90 days, you’ll have to report to the nearest Immigration for the extension of stay for another 90 days. Therefore you need documents from the Ministry of education. 7. After 1 year, you might apply for a new ED-visa.
