    3. Access to lectures Live, interactive lecture Day of live meeting 45 minute lecture presented 15-30 minute live question and answer session Live question and answer via Microsoft ® LiveMeeting Speaker will be available for Q&A based on lecture

Access to LiveMeeting® Copy address into browser address bar https://www.livemeeting.com/cc/uncmfm Select ‘Join A Meeting’ Enter Meeting ID Found next to lecture on website First lecture – download Live Meeting Client Select ‘Accept, Install, and Join’ Select ‘run’ Office Live Meeting 2007 will be installed

    5. Access to LiveMeeting® Future meetings select ‘join a meeting’ Enter meeting ID Meeting code will be posted next to lecture on website When prompted to enter a log on name, please indicate your institution

    8. Meeting flow For attendees, the meeting room is open 30 minutes prior to the start of the conference Please send questions via ‘chat’ or indicate there is a live question by the ‘Feedback’ button The moderator will then sort the questions

    9. For presenters You will be provided with a separate log on address and pass code to allow more functionality with Live Meeting Log onto the meeting via the provided email link

    10. After the meeting A video of the lecture and Q&A will be added to the SMFM website following the lecture Speaker slides will be available via the SMFM website as well
