3. Making Changes Acknowledgment/ amendment form will be sent once your application is processed
Program/university changes can be made on form or on-line within application deadlines
Must allow for processing within deadlines
4. University Replies Universities will acknowledge application and indicate required supporting documents and deadlines
Always use reference number when submitting documents

5. Application Deadlines OUAC has no deadlines
They will process applications after deadlines
Deadlines published on the 105D Form are date by which it must be received (not postmarked)
No negotiations with OUAC
6. Accepting an Offer of Admission The university (not OUAC) makes all admission decisions
All offers will be received in writing
You can only accept one offer at a time
Accepting subsequent offers voids previous acceptances
Responses must be signed and dated
May be faxed to meet deadline with hard copy to follow
7. Application Tips Have all information at your fingertips
Have credit card for on-line application
Print and save a copy of the 105D
Store reference number in more than one place
Call admissions office directly (not OUAC) if you do not hear from a specific university
