REWARDS NOT APPLICABLE • Hired candidate fails to complete 3 months of service. • A balance amount of reward would also remain unpaid until new joinee complete in 6 months of service. • Referee leaves the organization before the new joinee has completed 3 months of service • Two or more apply for same candidate then a first come first basis will be considered to applicable for rewards.
