    6. 6 Goals for Today’s Meeting Review Significant Rule Changes Review Pre-Game Procedures Review Post-Game Procedures Review Game Change Procedures Work with Your Opponents to optimize your division schedules

    7. 7 Significant Rule Changes No artificial noise makers Use of Club Pass concept – maximum of 4 players per game from other teams within your club Age appropriate players No ISL starters

    8. 8 Game Day Procedures 2 Copies of your ISL Game Card – Give one to Center Referee, give one to opposing team coach/manager. Both teams pay ˝ of referee fees prior to match start. Must have player cards and medical authorization forms at the field in case they are requested or needed. Both teams are responsible for reporting scores to EASA. Scores should be reported within 24 hours and can be submitted on the phone.

    11. 11 Final Schedule Release Timeline March 1 Preliminary Schedule Released March 2 - 4 President Review of Change Requests March 5 - 7 Site Schedulers Review Modified Schedule March 8 Final Schedule Posted Online

    12. 12 Game Rescheduling Once the final schedule has been posted, league games may only be changed or cancelled for the following reasons: No match officials are available Unplayable weather conditions Unplayable field related to weather conditions Dangerous field conditions Catastrophic circumstances

    13. 13 After the Final Schedule is Issued CHANGES ONLY WITH EASA PRESIDENT APPROVAL Teams Changing Games Without Approval Will Forfeit Game Teams Cancelling Games Without Approval Will Forfeit Game Teams That Do Not Show or who Cancel Will Be Fined and are Subject to Further Discipline
