  1. Diet and Exercise - Which is More Important For Your Health? Stomach fat can certainly make one feel like ugly Betty and remain a wallpaper flower with no dates and nowhere to go every weekend. This can certainly be a real sorry life. When all around people your age are out enjoying themselves, finding the special someone in their lives, notching up the corporate or the ladder of success, you need to be indoors making one excuse after another not to go out. All around you people congratulate on you being skinny and lean until they glance at your stomach and the roll of fat there. This can certainly be extremely humiliating to encounter this. It is such a boon to be skinny and lean. That is the latest in figure mantra and is considered healthy too. But, before you can really sit back and enjoy the being thin feature, you realize that the roll of fat around your stomach ruins all of this. In fact you would prefer to be on the plump side if you had to live with stomach fat as that makes it look slightly better. But, being skinny and having stomach fat sticking around makes it all the more worse for you. The lean figure with the belly fat makes it look all the more prominent. That is when you pray to find a remedy, a magic formula or just about anything that would help you to melt those pounds on your stomach away. You are certainly willing to work hard enough for that. Anyway you have got used to working hard by now. You have certainly gone on and tried all kinds of possible diets. You have been off alcohol, red meat and carbohydrates. All that you have been eating are selective fresh fruits and vegetables. And of course you have been exercising along with that to. You have been working out on the treadmill as though your life depended on it. but, alas all that you can see is your skinny lean frame becoming all the more skinny. And, for the stomach fat, it is right there where you found it first, inch for every inch. You want to cry out in despair and frustration as you certainly don't want to go ahead and face this kind of humiliation at the least expected moment. This kind of feeling never allows you to relax and sit back and have fun where ever you may be.
