Any event or thought that makes you feel upset, furious, or nervous can trigger it. A challenge or demand causes your body to react to stress. Stress can be beneficial in small doses, such as when it keeps you safe or helps you fulfill a deadline.

It also affects one's sleep schedule as excessive stress causes one to stay awake for a long time due to the feeling of restlessness. Stress increases blood pressure levels in an individual causing panic attacks leading to sadness and depression. Another effect of stress is being anxious or irritated all the time. Due to stress, one feels irritable and anxious as one does not know how to calm themselves down in situations like stress. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND SADNESS

  5. STRESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES EXERCISE EAT WELL One of the most effective strategies to calm your body and mind is to exercise daily. Exercise will also make you feel better. However, for it to pay off, you must repeat the process regularly. So you don't give up, focus on setting realistic fitness objectives. Most importantly, keep in mind that any exercise is preferable to none. Eating a well-balanced, consistent diet will make you feel better overall. It could also aid in mood regulation. For energy, your meals should include a variety of vegetables, fruits, nutritious grains, and lean protein. Don't forget to include any that you might have missed. It's harmful to you and might put you in a foul mood, raising your stress levels. TAKE A BREAK To give your mind a break from stress, you must schedule some genuine leisure. This may be difficult for you at first if you're someone who enjoys setting objectives. But if you stay with it, these moments will become enjoyable. You can try meditation, yoga, or listening to calming music.
