Goals of Scan-SHS Project Offer a viable healthcare training programfor healthcare practitioners in rural Tamilnadu, to improve skills in fetal imaging for early detection of fetal abnormalities like NTDs, Abdominal wall defects, IUGR etc. Offer a blended training mechanism that would allow the medical officers at the primary health center to interact with experts and gain skills over a period of time. System of Audit for continuous evaluation of skill levels. Specialists remotely assessthe performance of the medical officer and provide feedback. Sms Alerts when anomalies are detected for specialist intervention and management Demonstrate and validate the skills acquired.
