Paper Analysis The beginning of efforts to capture like service and client data from the CSBs. The ICDE was an outgrowth of a federal effort from the Mental Health Statistics Improvement Program to collect comparable data from the 50 states. The taxonomy was the list of defined services offered in the MH/MR/SA system.
The performance contract was the mechanism to standardize reporting of client and fiscal data from the 40 CSBs.
