  1. Define Key Features of FCU and FAHU Unit! A fan coil unit (FCU) is a simple device consisting of a heating or cooling coil and fan. It is equipped with filters that clean the air and thus reduce the level of airborne contamination within the air conditioned space. Each FCU can be individually controlled through a thermostat.
