In September of 2013, Grace Blouin completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate program. The program enables students to begin work in the IT field or as a network engineer. Graduating from the CCNA program is difficult and takes a great deal of hard work and commitment. With her certificate of completion, Grace Blouin is able to install, operate, and troubleshoot switched networks in an evolving industry.

Letter of Commendation: Grace Blouin Grace Blouin is a dependable individual whose dedication and hard work has been recognized numerous times in the last eight years. Grace Blouin joined the United States Navy and in June of 2006, was honored with the navy’s Letter of Commendation as an Operations Specialist “A” School’s Color Guard at the Center for Surface Combat Systems Learning Site Damneck in Virginia.

Literacy Tutor: Grace Blouin Serving others is important to Grace Blouinand played a major role in her joining the U.S. Navy. Grace Blouin also serves others in her community including the READ San Diego program. She completed her Certificate of Training Requirements for Volunteer Literacy Tutor in May of 2011. As a volunteer tutor, she committed to meet with her assigned adult learners at least three hours a week for six months.
4 Years with Optum Health: Grace Blouin Part of the United Healthcare network, Grace Blouin began her career in the Optum Health Public Sector in 2009. By 2014, she had completed four full years at Optum Health and was the recipient of several certificates and awards. Optum Health Public Sector gives “on the spot” awards for areas including: teamwork, cultural training, and streamlining. Grace Blouin received the Optum Health Public Sector’s Hero Award in 2013.
