  1. Neil Dhillon Is An Expert At Corporate Communications And Knows The Value To Its Corporations And Non-profit Organizations. Neil Dhillon is an expert at corporate communications and knows the value to its corporations and non-profit organizations. He has served in the field of communications and in areas surrounding it since he graduated from American University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science. While he was working in government with members of the United States Congress, and while he was a senior aide to President Bill Clinton, Neil Dhillon understood the concepts and resources necessary for effective communications programs.

  2. Neil Dhillon Was Proud Of His Time Working With Beverly Byron Neil Dhillon was proud of his time working with Beverly Byron, a congresswoman from Maryland and the district where Neil grew up. He was Congresswoman Bryon’s Legislative Director and Speech Writer where he really began to flourish. The skills he brought into her office were immense and the skills he learned while there were vital to his swift trajectory through positions in Capitol Hill and into private industry.

Neil Dhillon spent five years serving as the top aide to Congressman Bob Matsui, a highly influential member of Congress. Neil served as the Congressman’s most trusted advisor and legislative counselor on Matsui’s House Ways and Means Committee focused on tax reform, trade, health care, and Social Security. As Chief of Staff, Neil Dhillon had a very large set of responsibilities, including managing both the Washington and California operations.
