Spot checks showed a decline in meeting program goals over the summer/fall 2006 Potential Causes: Reorganization of the clinical & nursing unit Expansion of the clinical focus of the clinic without added clerical support Transition New Nursing Leadership and loss of key support staff Interruption in pre-op anesthesia consult 6 week pre-op ( now available again) Recent STATS show a reversal in the trends ..
