  1. PYM FALL 2012! Theme for 2012: Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 “A Time For…” 8th Grade Weekend @ Shrine Mont October 5 – 7, $150 per person (scholarships available) 8th Grade Weekend is the first of three youth weekends hosted by the PYM committee each year. The schedule is jam-packed with fun activities that will challenge, inspire and strengthen 8th graders and their leaders. This event is the perfect segue between 6th and 7th grade weekend and Senior High Weekend because of its integration of programming from both. The weekend consists of thoughtful conversation and bible study but also leaves plenty of time for games, music, crafts, silliness, and a super fun filled dance with super sweet jams! The event starts Friday after dinner and runs until Sunday before lunch, and is for current 8th graders. Note: All youth must be accompanied by adults at an 8:1 youth to adult ratio. Fall Youth Day of Service @ Aquia Episcopal Church. Stafford, VA. October 27,10 AM – 2 PM. $15 per person Come spend the day with us learning about “mission” and its great value to our diocese while working together on a service project to help our community. We will also be playing games, singing songs, worshiping, reflecting on the work at hand, and having a blast! This event is for 6th through 12th graders, lunch is included! 6th & 7th Grade Weekend @ Shrine Mont November 9 – 11, $150 per person (scholarships available) 6th and 7th Grade weekend is the second of three youth weekends hosted by the PYM committee every year. It is the largest of all our events and this year promises to be no different. The goal of the weekend is to introduce the youth of the diocese to the PYM committee and its programming. The weekend itself will consist of games, music, crafts, conversation, reflection, and an extremely fun and outrageously crazy carnival night! The event starts Friday after dinner and runs until Sunday before lunch, and is for current 6th and 7th graders. Note: All youth must be accompanied by adults at an 8:1 youth to adult ratio.
