Effect of Family in Tayside • Children who smoke regularly are more likely to come from smoking families • Non-smoking families are more likely to come from non-smoking families
Tayside Secondary Schools Programme • Pupil conference leading to school plans • Each school implementing initiatives - tobacco education, diversionary activities and smoking cessation • Forum Theatre for S1 pupils
Primary schools • Smoking and health 1 day dance and drama workshops. • Support materials for follow-up work in class. • Taster sessions at “The Space”. • Health summer schools.
