  5. Overview - Project Description • Addition to the north side of the Coors Event Center • Approx. 36,000 sf, two practice courts • Est. Construction Cost - $8M • Est. Construction Period – March 2010 to March 2011

  9. Construction Issues • Asbestos abatement approx. 100 lf tar impregnated black felt on 14” dia. HPS line • Temporary steam line • Site lay down area • Utility relocations • Fire sprinkler work within CEC • Excavation – approx.15’ cut
