  2. Lithuanian Classification of Occupations • Since 1999 • Created on the basis of ISCO 88 • The code consists of 6–digits. The first 4–digits correspond to the ISCO 88, the last 2–digits together with the 4 mean a specific occupation in a separate group of the classification of occupations • The Labour Market Training Authority at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour– responsible organization 7 June 2005 Use of Lithuanian Classification of Occupation

The main users of the Lithuanian Classification of Occupations • Statistics Lithuania: - Labour Force Survey; - Surveys on Earnings; - Households Surveys; - Population Census. • Lithuanian Labour Exchange: - Unemployed; - Job vacancies. • Ministry of Education and Science • Other institutions and organizations 7 June 2005 Use of Lithuanian Classification of Occupation

Supervisors • Supervisors – persons, whose responsibilities include formal responsibility for supervising other employees, whom he/she supervises directly, sometimes doing some of the work they supervise, excluding quality control and constancy • Supervise the work of at least one person • Members of group with collective responsibility considered as supervisors • Supervisors are classified with the workers they supervise and the work they are doing 7 June 2005 Use of Lithuanian Classification of Occupation
