  2. Starter • Peer assessment on test. • The Churches in Germany powerpoint quiz.

  3. Main 1 • Explain the difference between sources 1&2 on p.94 (OTB) – FFT C- Why might there be a difference? – FFT A/B. • Why might the Nazis want to turn against the churches? (use left hand side of p.60 of NTB for support)

  4. Main 2 • Slide 21 of boardworks 10. Then read ‘destroy or use’ debate on churches (p.94 of OTB) and bullet points on the Catholic Church (p.60 of NTB). Write a paragraph on which approach should the Nazis have taken? Why? • Check learning using visualiser.

  5. Main 3 • Devise a timeline showing the Nazi approach to the churches. Use boardworks 10, slides 22-24 for info plus NTB 60-1 and OTB 94 for more info.

  6. Plenary • Source analysis (differentiate) of sources 3-7 p.95. Destroy or Use? • Comment on success
