Für jede Katastralgemeinde (KG ? politische Gemeinde) (zB: KG Hötting) wird vom zuständigen Bezirksgericht ein GB geführt Es besteht aus Hauptbuch u Urkundensammlung Im Hauptbuch wird... für jeden GB-Körper = rechtliche Grundeinheit des GB eine eigene GB-Einlage mit eigener Einlagezahl (EZ) angelegt Beachte: ein GB-Körper kann auch aus mehreren Grundstücken/Liegenschaften bestehen, ein Grundstück wiederum aus mehreren Parzellen ? Folie Urkundensammlung = Sammlung der Originale od beglaubigten Urkundenabschriften, auf Grund derer bücherliche Eintragungen erfolgen; Verweis vom Hauptbuch - wo nur Kurzeintragung erfolgt - hierher Aufbau des Grundbuchs
