  2. Sir Isaac Newton was a Christian, and he was a prophet. He foretold our prophecy series!“About the time of the end, a body of men will be raised up who will turn their attention to the prophesies, and insist on their literal interpretation, in the midst of much clamor and opposition.”

  3. The Next Event… Amos 1:3-5 States that Syria will come against Israel four times, and then will be made desolate. These occurred in: 1948 (1st) 1967(2nd) 1973(3rd) and the 4th could happen at any time! Damascus is the capital of Syria. It is the oldest perpetual city in the world! It is over 5000 years old! NOTE: Isn’t it appropriate that the oldest city is one that will be destroyed to clearly show the world that God is sovereign? Is. 17:1 States that Damascus will be taken away from being a city and become a ruinous heap - this has not happened yet, but will very soon!! In 1973, Israel came with 20 kilometers of Damascus - Russia stepped in and informed the world that if they continue, it will be world war three. If Israel had destroyed Damascus then, this prophecy could not have been fulfilled!

So who’s side is Syria on? • TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's military has been preparing for the increasing • prospect of a war with Syria in a confrontation expected to include Iran and • Hizbullah. • The General Staff has discussed an assessment by the military's Northern • Command of an emerging threat from Syria and Hizbullah over the next year. • Northern Command said a weakened Syria, under pressure from the United • States to withdraw from Lebanon, was likely to approve an Iranian-Hizbullah • campaign against Israel. • Military sources said this assessment was the latest by several senior • officers who envision a major war with Syria by 2007.

  5. Syrian President, Bashar Al-Assad, granted an interview to the pro-Syrian daily Al-Safir (Lebanon). The interviewer was the editor Talal Salman • Bashar Al-Assad: 'The Arab Defense Agreement Should Be Implemented'; 'As Long as Israel Exists It Will Constitute a Threat'; 'Israel Will Not Be a Legitimate State Even After the Peace‘ • "The logical thing is to implement the Arab Defense Agreement. According to this agreement, if an Arab country is invaded, the rest of the Arab countries should defend it. Instead of implementing this agreement, there were those who facilitated the aggression, while neighboring countries refused to do so." • "As long as Israel exists, the threat exists. As long as there is aggression against an Arab country, and as long as there is a war close to our borders, the danger continues.

What is the Muslim religion saying in Syria and Palestine and Iraq? • Palestinian Authority Television (Gaza). • "Trustworthy [Islamic] clerics, from East and West… came up with proofs from the Koran and the Sunna, and announced them from the pulpits of Al-Azhar and other mosques around the world, that any Muslim who does not stand by Iraq and support it against the American-British-Crusaders cruel attack is a traitor to his religion, traitor to his nation, traitor to his motherland, and traitor to his Arabism. Aren't you listening? Did you plug your ears and blinded your eyes? What happened to you? What is the meaning of this shame?!!" • 'Allah, make [American and British] children orphans and their women widows' • Israel and it’s mother, the great Satan, America along with it’s allies must perish. Jihad is upon them. Allah will help us.

The beginning of the end… The First seal • Matthew 24:3-5 As He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?" (4) And Jesus answered and said to them, "See to it that no one misleads you. (5) "For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will mislead many. • 1John 2:18 Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. • Revelation 6:1-2 Then I saw when the Lamb broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, "Come." (2) I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer. • Dan 9:27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week” This will begin the 70th week of Daniel (the Tribulation).

Russia is backing Damascus - when Damascus attacks Israel again, it will be destroyed, and it will cause the prophecies in Ez. 38 and 39 to be fulfilled - Russia, the bear of the north along with Muslim nations will be forced to attack Israel, but God will intervene! Here is the timeline of events that could happen very soon: 2006 Syria Attacks

Eze 38:2-8 "Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him and say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I am against you, O Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal. 4 "I will turn you about and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, and all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them splendidly attired, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them wielding swords; 5 Persia, Ethiopia and Put with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer with all its troops; Beth-togarmah from the remote parts of the north with all its troops--many peoples with you. 7 "Be prepared, and prepare yourself, you and all your companies that are assembled about you, and be a guard for them. 8 "After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them. 2005 Russia & Arab States join in Syria Attacks

Eze 38:15 "You will come from your place out of the remote parts of the north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great assembly and a mighty army; • Eze 38:16 and you will come up against My people Israel like a cloud to cover the land. It shall come about in the last days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me when I am sanctified through you before their eyes, O Gog." • Eze 38:17 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Are you the one of whom I spoke in former days through My servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days for many years that I would bring you against them? • Eze 38:18 "It will come about on that day, when Gog comes against the land of Israel," declares the Lord GOD, "that My fury will mount up in My anger. 2003 Russia & Arab States join in They will be Destroyed.   11. Eze 38:21 "I will call for a sword against him on all My mountains," declares the Lord GOD. "Every man's sword will be against his brother. • Eze 38:22 "With pestilence and with blood I will enter into judgment with him; and I will rain on him and on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, a torrential rain, with hailstones, fire and brimstone. • Zec 14:12 Now this will be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the peoples who have gone to war against Jerusalem; their flesh will rot while they stand on their feet, and their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongue will rot in their mouth. • Zec 14:13 It will come about in that day that a great panic from the LORD will fall on them; and they will seize one another's hand, and the hand of one will be lifted against the hand of another.

Eze 39:9 "Then those who inhabit the cities of Israel will go out and make fires with the weapons and burn them, both shields and bucklers, bows and arrows, war clubs and spears, and for seven years they will make fires of them. • Eze 39:11 "On that day I will give Gog a burial ground there in Israel, the valley of those who pass by east of the sea, and it will block off those who would pass by. So they will bury Gog there with all his horde, and they will call it the valley of Hamon-gog. • Eze 39:12 "For seven months the house of Israel will be burying them in order to cleanse the land. • Eze 39:13 "Even all the people of the land will bury them; and it will be to their renown on the day that I glorify Myself," declares the Lord GOD. • Eze 39:14 "They will set apart men who will constantly pass through the land, burying those who were passing through, even those left on the surface of the ground, in order to cleanse it. At the end of seven months they will make a search. • Eze 39:15 "As those who pass through the land pass through and anyone sees a man's bone, then he will set up a marker by it until the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon-gog.

This will cause the UN to take action - ten rulers will be appointed… • Rev 17:12 "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour. • Rev 17:13 "These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast. • Rev 13:1 And the dragon stood on the sand of the seashore. Then I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns were ten diadems, and on his heads were blasphemous names. • Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power and his throne and great authority.

  14. And the antichrist will come to power… • Rev 13:3 I saw one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth was amazed and followed after the beast; • Rev 13:4 they worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?" • Rev 13:5 There was given to him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for forty-two months was given to him.   15. The Antichrist, who will bring peace to the middle east…He will sign a peace treaty with Israel & the 70th week of Daniel, commonly called the ‘7 year Tribulation’ period, begins…

  16. Dan 9:27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate."

  17. II Thess. 2:6-7 • 2Th 2:6 And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed. • 2Th 2:7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains will do so until he is taken out of the way. • Who or what is the ‘restrainer’? • Scholars differ on what they believe:An Angel, the Holy Spirit, the Church, The Roman Government, etc.

  18. Who is the restrainer? • The Holy Spirit is omnipresent and cannot be ‘taken out of the way’. • Angels are often given the task of restraining something or holding something back:Rev 7:1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, so that no wind would blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree. • The most natural, logical meaning of this text is that a mighty angel is restraining the spirit of the antichrist, until God takes him out of the way.

  19. The mark of the beast… • At no time in history has a mark ever been used as a means to buy and sell. • Here we are given a preview of a cashless society • We are moving in that direction! • Rev 14:9-12 Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, (10) he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. (11) "And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name." (12)Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.

  20. Antichrist • Anti – in the Greek means: • Thayer Definition: • 1) over against, opposite to, before • 2) for, instead of, in place of (something) • Pseudo – the false Christ.

  22. The events taking place in the world today are preparing the world for the completion of the prophecies in the Bible.The World is looking for someone to bring peace to the middle east. That someone is the anti-christ.He will confirm a 7 year treaty with Israel: in Dan.9:27Dan 9:26 "Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined. Dan 9:27 "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week” This will begin the 70th week of Daniel (the Tribulation).

Let’s explore the last 7 years of human rule on this planet.The 70th Week of Daniel. • Many people call it the great tribulation period, or the time of Jacob’s trouble. • The Bible nowhere calls these seven years by either name. • Jer 30:2 "Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, 'Write all the words which I have spoken to you in a book. 3 'For behold, days are coming,' declares the LORD, 'when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah.' The LORD says, 'I will also bring them back to the land that I gave to their forefathers and they shall possess it.'" 4 Now these are the words which the LORD spoke concerning Israel and concerning Judah: 5 "For thus says the LORD, 'I have heard a sound of terror, Of dread, and there is no peace. 6 'Ask now, and see If a male can give birth. Why do I see every man With his hands on his loins, as a woman in childbirth? And why have all faces turned pale? • Jer 30:7 'Alas! for that day is great, There is none like it; And it is the time of Jacob's distress, But he will be saved from it. :8 'It shall come about on that day,' declares the LORD of hosts, 'that I will break his yoke from off their neck and will tear off their bonds; and strangers will no longer make them their slaves.

  26. The time of Jacob’s trouble refers to an event that takes place in the midst of the 70th week of Daniel. • It is after God has made them a nation again – already done. • It begins with a time of distress for the Jews and immediate release from the yoke of bondage. • This happens right after the abomination of desolation in the middle of the 70th week! • It refers in Jeremiah to ‘that day’ – “a great day, there is none like it” (Jeremiah 30:7) • It is the same ‘day’ that begins the day of the Lord! • (more on this next week)

  27. The 70th week of DanielSeal 1 continued…The beginning of the end

  28. This man will be Satan’s version of the messiah. He will come to power through diplomacy and will end with complete corruption.Most of the world will idolize him and follow him.II Thess. 2:8-12

Rev 17:12 "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour. 13 "These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast. 14 "These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are the called and chosen and faithful." 15 And he *said to me, "The waters which you saw where the harlot sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues. 16 "And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire. 17 "For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God will be fulfilled. 18 "The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth."

  30.   31. These 10 kings could be part of the United Nations, or some other configuration of countries yet to beestablished. It is interesting to note that the United nations has broken the entire world up into 10 economic zones:North America, Western Europe, Japan,Australia & South Africa, Eastern Europe & Russia, Latin America, North Africa &the Middle East, Tropical Africa, South and Southeast Asia, and China.

  41. Who is the Pseudo Christ?He’s Jewish: John 5:43 "I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, you will receive him. Jesus spoke this to the Pharisees – they will embrace the antichrist as messiah.

  42. He will come out of the Roman political system Daniel 9:26-27 "Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined. (27) "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate."

  43. The fulfillment of this occurred in history when the Roman legions under Titus Vespasian destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 A.D.[Jesus foretold this in Luke 19:44] This is most likely the UN – possibly the security council.

  44. So the Anti-Christ will be of Jewish decent but come out of the Roman Empire. He will allow Israel to rebuild their temple!

  45. I have asked several Rabbi’s how they will know when the Messiah comes. They all say that whoever brings peace to their land and allows them to rebuild their temple will be the Messiah.Israel believes the Anti-christ is the Messiah!

  46. But three of those leaders will disagree with the arrangement, and they will be subdued. Daniel 7:23 "Thus he said: 'The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it.Dan 7:24 'As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. Daniel 7:25 'He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.

  47. But three of those leaders will disagree with the arrangement, and they will be subdued. Daniel 7:23 "Thus he said: 'The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it.Dan 7:24 'As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. Daniel 7:25 'He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. Three of the leaders will oppose the peace treaty with Israel and the one world governmental system!Dan 7:8 "While I was contemplating the horns, behold, another horn, a little one, came up among them, and three of the first horns were pulled out by the roots before it; and behold, this horn possessed eyes like the eyes of a man and a mouth uttering great boasts.

  48. But three of those leaders will disagree with the arrangement, and they will be ‘uprooted’. Daniel 7:23 "Thus he said: 'The fourth beast will be a fourth kingdom on the earth, which will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down and crush it.Dan 7:24 'As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. Daniel 7:25 'He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. The Antichrist will only have power for about 3.5 years!

  49. The antichrist will only have power for 3 and ½ years! This is the first half of the 70th week of Daniel!Then the sixth seal is broken…Revelation Chapter 6.The last half of the 70th week of Daniel God’s wrath will be unleashed on this planet, and no one will have control.Rev 6:15 Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders (this includes the antichrist)and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; Rev 6:16 and they *said to the mountains and to the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; Rev 6:17 for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?" Dan 7:24 'As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. Daniel 7:25 'He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. (this must be the first half of the 70th week!)

  50. The antichrist will only have power for 3 and ½ years! This is the first half of the 70th week of Daniel!Then the sixth seal is broken…Revelation Chapter 6.The last half of the 70th week of Daniel God’s wrath will be unleashed on this planet, and no one will have control.Rev 6:15 Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders (this includes the antichrist)and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; Rev 6:16 and they *said to the mountains and to the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; Rev 6:17 for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?" Rev. 13:5 There was given to him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for forty-two months was given to him. He has authority the first half only!
