The ITT Process DO • Read the “Read me first’’ document • Start early • Ensure you have all the appropriate expertise available for the various aspects of the tender • Use the message facility on Bravo for questions • Do read the hints and tips in the questionnaire • Submit your response before the closing date • Check the ITT is complete before submission
The ITT Process DO NOT • Alter the documentation • Try to upload documents other than in word or excel format • Leave your submission with no activity – time out after 15 minutes • Leave it until the last minute to submit
The ITT Process • ITT evaluation uses fair, transparent and robust scoring framework • Consistent process across all LSC regions • Contract Award panels will agree each contract offer against the original tender specification • Local partnership teams carry out ‘contract clarification’ with relevant providers • Contracts expected to start from May 2008
The ITT Process • 12 noon 18th January is the deadline • The only exceptions will be auditable registered technical problems via the Bravo Helpdesk • Late Tenders will not be considered
