Goals of the Office of Research andCollege of Graduate Studies • Increase Extramural Funding • Stay current in your discipline • Generates indirect costs • Increases the state appropriation • Improve Infrastructure for Research and Scholarship • Increase Graduate Student Enrollment and Academic Quality • Masters graduates  ≈ $20,000 • Doctoral graduates  ≈ $60,000 • Provide quality service to all faculty in all matters having to do with research and graduate education
