Career-guidanceinitiatives • with Bologna process and HEI quality standards • Career guidance -> Career centres • Existing CCs: faculties, rectorship-level • Result: • no system – no “typical” UCC, • scattered knowledge, • learning-by-doing, • no synergies (among unis, nor among faculties; nor with other stakeholders) Slovene University Career Centres / KCUP & IRI UL
