  2. AdilBaguirov is intelligent and wise professional. Spending so much time in his field he has a fine grip on his profession and leads it with confidence.

  3. AdilBaguirov always uses his extraordinary professional skills to help the people around him that are why he believes in making the city a better place for people.

  4. AdilBaguirov being much intelligent and having extraordinary understanding skills cofounded the U.S. Azeris Network and the Karabakh Foundation.

  5. AdilBaguirov always gives his best for helping people. He has been serving on the Dayton Board of Education since he becomes a member of it in 2013.

  6. As a member of the board, he takes some serious steps such as the increased cash reserves and aiding the budget, bettering transportation and served the district’s students, parents, teachers, and staff effectively. Due to his hard work dedication for the betterment of educational system he was elected as a president of the board in 2016.

  7. AdilBaguirov was much committed to the Miami Valley Child Development Center. By making efforts he becomes the member of Board of Trustees in 2017. He has also been working in the Ohio Senate Education Committee for years now.

  8. AdilBaguirov has the vast educational background as he takes his undergraduate degree in international relations and business administration from the University of Southern California and the Ph.D. degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
