Subfertiliteit (?) : Retroflexie (IUD,catheters) vocht in cavum Post menstrueel spotten: SECURE spotting 35 % (OR 3.1 95%CI 1,5-6,3) SCAR spotting 28% ( pre-liminaire data) Bijdevaate J Clin Ultrasound 2010

  7. Doel • Hysteroscopische Nicheresectie • vs • Expectatief beleid • Primair: ↓ duur PMS • Secundair: QOL, FSFI, Kosten,VAS

  8. 100 patienten 50 Hysteroscopische Nicheresectie 50 Expectatief Inclusiecriteria Niche: rmm>3mm, diepte> 2mm Post Menstrueel Spotting > 2dg Exclusiecriteria Zwangerschap, <18 jr Contra-indicatie anesthesie Andere oorzaken van AUB. HysNiche Inclusie/Exclusie criteria
