  3. When I Worked Whenever a shoot was available, generally from 3pm-6pm or 3pm-9pm

  4. Mountain West • Photography studio, mostly takes school and graduation pictures. • I have worked with 6 different photographers, and have talked to one person in management, but there are many more in Burnaby.

  5. Duties My duties as an intern at this location, was to: • Sign people in • Assist photographer with props and backgrounds • Pull up photo’s for selection • Take pictures!

  6. New Skills New skills I acquired through this position are: • Learning new software • Dealing with customers • Burning disks • Posing people

  7. My First Day My first day on the job I was shown around the facilities, tutored quickly in the software, and then for the day I worked customer management in the lobby organizing customers for their shoot times. It was made really easy!

  8. Something that suprised me Something that surprised me about this job placement was how on schedule you always have to be, everyone seems so relaxed, but you have to be right on schedule.

  9. Choose it again? If I was given the chance to do the same placement or choose another I would choose to keep this placement, it has taught me so much stuff about the industry and it really has given me a taste of the business.

  10. Knowledge Needed Knowledge needed to have this job in real life, are all applied skills acquired through experience.

  11. Pay Range Varies ALOT

  12. A funny story… I was organizing students from King George Secondary and…

  13. Changes in yourself? I didn’t see many changes in myself, I just positively re-encouraged my thoughts of becoming a photographer later in life.
