KLMS Honor Code I will have the courage to act with integrity, choosing to demonstrate honesty, responsibility, self-control, and respect in my words and actions.
What the Honor Code Is ✤ A teaching tool ✤ A positive mechanism for defining our expectations for students and with one another ✤ An expectation for how we will live as a school community ✤ A mechanism for building and maintaining trust among everyone
What the Honor Code Is Not ✤ A tool for punishment ✤ A substitute for the Code of Student Conduct
Thank you for coming this evening and I look forward to getting to know your children and having a successful and exciting year. A copy of this Power Point will be posted on the Bay Lynx Weebly
