SHARE Status • Accomplishments • DOH Kronos in production • DOT GFII – implementation • Track 2 in production. • Track 3 (Fringe billing) and Track 4 (Account Mapping) are behind schedule • Track 4 go live scheduled for late February • Status of MOU • Co location of team • ERF fund established • SHARE asset transfer is in process • SHARE performance scorecard in final review • Full schedule of projects over next year
SHARE Grants/Project Billing • Oracle insight completed, participating agencies: NMED, EMNRD, HSD, DOH, DFA, PED, DWS, DHSEM, DPS, DOT, and CYFD. • Many processes, reporting, and calculations are being run outside of the system. • A proposed roadmap to fully implement Grants. • DWS is in negotiation with DLT/Oracle on Professional Services agreement. • Go Live 6/30/10
SHARE Streamline Banking • Accounting services RFP and responses • PeopleSoft configuration RFQ and responses • MOU between DFA/DoIT/STO for project management is in final draft • Go Live 6/30/10
SHARE eProcurement Phase 2 • Implement the eProcurement Module to a set of Pilot Agencies. • Key deliverable of phase 2 will be a “cook book” that will detail steps to turn functionality on for additional agencies. • Professional Service agreement for project management is in final draft. • Go Live 6/30/10
SHARE Disaster Recovery • Hardware is on site at Simms building. • Professional services associated with implementation – Contract is signed. • On Budget • Estimated completion early FY11
SHARE Data Archiving • The SHARE databases have grown to the point of impacting performance. • We are implementing an ILM solution that will allow us to drastically reduce the size of the production database. • Reports/queries will read much smaller production database tables and reduce cost of storage for SHARE data. • Go Live 8/2/10
