Performance Based Objectives • Given a scenario, learners will be able to select appropriate modifications to a recreational activity to make it inclusive for persons with physical or mental limitations. • Learner will be able to recall the associated law or laws that govern the need for an inclusive recreation program.

Summative Evaluation Examples • Which law governs the need for an inclusive recreation program? • GI Bill section 508 • ADA of 1990 • Equal Employment Opportunity Act • Post 9-11 GI Bill • related to the rules of basketball.
