  7. Pump Stations and Treatment Plant No Major Problems Experienced • Plant Drawings are in NGVD 29 • NOAA Tide Readings are in Feet Above Mean Lower Low Water • NGVD29 is 2.53 Feet Below the NOAA Tide • Need to Know What Datum's are Being Used.

CtWARN – Mutual Aid & Assistance • Created in 2007 • Part of National WARN Program • recognized by AWWA & EPA • Active in national & northeast WARN emergency planning efforts • EPA Region One Environmental Merit Award • Membership is voluntary & free • 18 CT Utility Members, > 1 Million CT Residents served • Steering Committee includes CTDPH, CTDEEP, CTDESPP, CTAWWA • Website • Member emergency contact info • Member resource info

  17. How does CtWARN work? Two Steps: 1. Before emergency: - Complete Agreement to address administrative issues. 2. During emergency: - Search website database for resources needed. - Use all-hours contact information to reach members. - Receive needed resources from members.

  22. Future Efforts • Oversight of CtWARN by Voluntary Steering Committee • Grow partnerships with other WARNs in surrounding States. • Recruitment & retention of Utility Members. • Recruitment of Associate Members. • Sustain annual operating budget ($7k+/-).
