End of 1st Quarter – A strategic communication plan will be implemented to inform and gather feedback from stakeholders • During 2nd Quarter – Minimum of 25 teachers who are parents of current ACPS students will pilot the parent portal. • For the 2nd semester all 10 secondary schools (4 high & 6 middle) will use the Class Registration function to register for classes and view course requests for the 2012 – 2013 school year. • During the 2nd Semester, 1 high, 1 middle, and 2 elementary (1 small & 1 large), will fully implement the Parent Portal for grading and attendance. • At the beginning of the 2012 -2013 school year, 100% of ACPS will be prepared to implement the Parent Portal.
