Off-Premise Catering Fees • __________________________________________________________ • Let our Event Managers guide you through the planning and coordination of an off premise event. Our catering fees vary depending on the individual needs of each function. Select from china, disposables, tables, chairs, linens, or staffing; we can accommodate most event needs. • Staffing • Our professional staff members include bartenders, servers, and chefs. The hourly rate is $25/ hour and includes travel time to/from event. • Equipment Fees • Equipment fees are charged per person and are determined by the needs of your event. • Disposable Package ($2 per person) • Includes disposable plates, cups, flatware packets, napkins, buffet equipment with utensils, and linen/ skirting for buffet tables. • China Package ($5 per person) • Includes china dinner plates, hors d’oeuvre plates, roll-plates, dessert plates, coffee cups and saucers, glassware, stainless steel flatware, buffet equipment with utensils, and linen/ skirting for buffet tables. Adjustments can be made to each level depending on your needs. • Linens • Standard linens include white tablecloths and burgundy-wine colored cloth napkins. • Square 72’ x 72‘ (48” Rounds)- $6 • Square 82’ x 82‘ (60” Rounds)- $7 • Rectangle 54’ x 120’- $7 • Burgundy Wine Napkins- $0.75 each • Special order table linens and napkins are available in an array of colors for an additional charge . • Rentals • Meet with your Event Manager to review rental needs prior to your event. Whether you require tables, chairs, grills, roasters, tents, or warmers we can secure the appropriate equipment for your event.
