Other ROS Meeting Highlights • Discussed CIPAG • Discussed 2009 PPL (Project Priority List) • Concern expressed that some needed Zonal projects were not pursued as Nodal was to go live – and, now don’t know when Nodal will be implemented • Concern expressed transferring the Operator Training Simulator to Nodal will result in all costs being borne by Generators • Discussed Market Participant Survey Action Items

Other ROS Meeting Highlights • Discussed SCR750 – Upgrade ERCOT’s Systems so Users Can Upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.0 and Beyond • Discussed Draft OGRR ‘Generation Resource Response Time Requirement’ • OGGRTF and OWG to pursue through normal OGGR process • LAAR Study Update – “On Schedule” • SSWG Procedures – Proposed Revision • Added Appendix J for modeling of the Mexico interconnections • ROS email vote conducted after the ROS meeting
