  2. Study proposals • Attempting to run all PACES studies through the PACES Research Committee (PRC) • To ensure in alignment with PACES mission • To ensure not multiple competing studies • Advantages: • Access broader group • “Second set of eyes” • Less likely to “get scooped”

  3. Process • Send protocol and data collection to VP Research • Can be at any stage • Pre-IRB approval • Early concepts • Post-IRB • Good idea to circulate to somebody first • 2 PRC members review
