STRESSED OUT!!! This is a survey of Middle School students, assessing stress factors, and the various positive and negative ways students deal with stress. This survey was conceived by an 8th grade Middle School Student, Mike White, at Barnstable Middle School, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA. What is the objective of the survey? • To identify stress factors in the lives of Middle School students. • To generate a list of positive ways students deal with their stress. • To identify negative ways students deal with their stress. • To connect globally with other Middle School students by identifying similarities and differences how stress affects their lives.
