To form the present subjunctive • The present subjunctive is formed in the same way as most command forms • Start with the present tense yo form (hablar: hablo) • Drop the –o (hablo: habl • Add –e endings to ar verbs/add –a endings to er/ir verbs • * the yo and él/ella/udforms are the same
