  2. What’s the benefit? • Quick and easy registration and request process. • Transcripts are ordered online. • Status of all requests are in one location for easy monitoring. • Real time status emails. • Common Application Online integration.

  3. How to get started? • Visit www.Parchment.com. • Click “Sign In” to create a free account.

  4. continue on… • Click “Sign-up for free” account.

  5. continue on… • Click “Student Registration” box.

  6. continue on… • Click “Have a Parchment Registration Code?”.

  7. continue on… • Check your Fayette County Student email for your Registration code. • Can’t remember how to log-in? Be sure you have a current AUP at Tates Creek. • Enter the 25 character code into these boxes, then click “Submit”.

  8. continue on… • This screen will then pre-populate with your information. • Complete current “Grade Level” (Twelfth grade) and “Year entering college” (2014). • Answer “Yes” or “No” to the question regarding Colleges, Scholarship programs, etc. • Check that you agree to “terms of use”. • Click “Let’s go!”.

  9. continue on… • Fill in “Contact Information:” as appropriate. • Items with asterisks (*) are required; all else are optional. • Click “Finish!”.

  10. continue on… • Have your parent/guardian sign their name (with the computer mouse) giving their permission for your transcripts to be sent. • They should check the first box (not the second box) and type their name in the second grey box. • Address the “FERPA” section. • Finally, click “Save & Continue” at bottom right (not seen on this slide).

  11. almost there… • Enter “Tates Creek” and “Kentucky” in the grey boxes, then click “Search”. • Tates Creek should appear in “Matching Schools” area. • Finally, click “Save & Continue”.

  12. Last few steps…. • Click “My Transcripts” tab. • Search the college/university to receive transcript by using the “Institution Name” drop-down box. • Note: NCAA Eligibility Center and Scholarship entities (if registered with Parchment) can receive transcripts as well.

  13. Final steps…. • Confirm the destinations for your transcript. • Edit if there are errors; add destinations if needed. • Click “Save & Continue” at bottom. • That’s it!
