Value of Film Analysis • Some people think it kills the magical experience of watching a film.

Analysis helps us articulate messages and meanings with a critical eye. – Higher level of understanding. • i.Byanalyzing a film we can engage our Minds creatively as well as intellectually. • ii.Opensup new channels of awareness and depths in our minds. • iii. The more understanding we have the more enjoyment we will get out of watching the movie. • d.
A film will never be captured fully by an analysis. It is an art form.
