Summary • These four things all work together to create the Urinary System. The Urinary System keeps chemicals in balance. Those chemicals are potassium, sodium and water. It also removes a type of waste called Urea from the blood. When foods containing protein break down into the body Urea is produced. It is carried through the blood stream and to the kidneys.
