LEAVE RULES • If leave taken for a day or two please send a leave note in the diary. • If leave taken for more than 2 days please send a leave note on an A4 size paper. • In case of medical leave please send a medical certificate along with the leave note. • The leave note should be properly addressed to the person concerned. (For eg. Sick leave to class teacher, ziyarat or any other function/event leave to Al Masool)

  7. HOMEWORK • Homework should be completed and sent the next day/subject period/ the date given by the teacher in the diary. • Most of the books will be kept in school, but should be sent back according to the time table if they are sent home. • In case of absence/leave, it is the parents responsibility to get the work complete.

  8. ASSESSMENT • Continuous Comprehensive Assessment (CCA) • CCA will be taken after completion of every chapter. • No retest for any assessment will be taken. • If child is absent worksheet will be given as practice but not marked. • No half-day request will be entertained. • Worksheets and test note books will be sent home once a month.

  9. ACTIVITIES • Wednesday activities are held to build the confidence of the child, eliminate stage fear, and also to able the child to participate in various activities as a group. • For example: story-telling, word-building, spelling bee. • Field trips will be made to places related to the concept taught in the class. • For example: Zoo, Lalbaugh, Metro

  10. PARENT TEACHER MEETINGS • There will be a parent-teacher meeting on Saturdays as per the schedule mentioned in the diary. • All the parents are requested to attend the meetings regularly. • In case of any issues before the scheduled date of the meetings, parents can seek an appointment from the office to come and meet the teacher.
