In-Season Commitment • Fall 2010 Attendance Scores • As a team we missed an average of 11% of the total practices – equal to missing 19.8 school days during the academic year! • Fall 2011 Attendance Scores • As a team we missed an average of 7% of the total practices – equal to missing 12.6 school days during the academic year • We had 14 players not miss a single practice and others miss 38%, 30%, 25%, 23%, 20%, 18%, 16%, 14%, 13%, 14%, 13%, 16%, 16%, 11% • Of these the highest % of AU was 11%! As a team we were only AU 1% - that means that players are missing a lot of practices with “excuses” – some valid, some can probably be avoided

Off-Season Commitment • Winter 2012 Weight Room Attendance • 51 players do not play a winter sport (16 Juniors, 11 Sophomores, 24 Freshmen) • 34 Days total since started taking attendance • Juniors have been there 299 days out of 544 total (55%) • Sophomores have been there 104 days out of 374 total (28%) • Freshmen have been there 164 days out of 816 total (20%) • Success doesn’t “Just Happen” – some of us remember 2-8, 1-10, 3-7, etc. • DECIDE TO IMPROVE!
