PORTARIA Nº 777/GM - 2004 • Dispõe sobre os procedimentos técnicos para a notificação compulsória de agravos à saúde do trabalhador em rede de serviços sentinela específica, no Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS. • Art. 3º: parágrafo único: Os procedimentos técnicos de Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador deverão estar articulados com aqueles da vigilância ambiental, sanitária e epidemiológica.

  3. AGRAVOS DE NOTIFICAÇÃO COMPULSÓRIA • I - Acidente de Trabalho Fatal; • II - Acidentes de Trabalho com Mutilações; • III - Acidente com Exposição a Material Biológico; • IV - Acidentes do Trabalho em Crianças e Adolescentes; • V - Dermatoses Ocupacionais;

  4. VI - Intoxicações Exógenas (por substâncias químicas, incluindo agrotóxicos, gases tóxicos e metais pesados); • VII - Lesões por Esforços Repetitivos (LER), Distúrbios Osteomusculares Relacionadas ao Trabalho (DORT); • VIII - Pneumoconioses; • IX - Perda Auditiva Induzida por Ruído - PAIR; • X - Transtornos Mentais Relacionados ao Trabalho; e • XI - Câncer Relacionado ao Trabalho.

SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DA SAÚDE COORDENADORIA DE CONTROLE DE DOENÇAS CEREST REGIONAL CEREST ESTADUAL ATRIBUIÇÕES FLUXOGRAMA Analise das Informações – Investigação de nexo e fatores causais – Consolidação das Informações, confirma ou descarta caso suspeito ao Sentinela. Estabelece fluxo com CEREST Regionais Sentinela – notifica em seu Município sede, encaminha notificação à Vigilância Epidemiológica Municipal.
