  38. “Knock em Dead” tips • Identify areas of the first interview that didn’t go well so that you can overcome them in follow-up interviews • The longer the process drags on, the less likely you will get the job • Don’t let job search stand still while you are waiting on a reply from one company • You don’t have the job until you have a written offer in hand.
