2. 1 Corintios 4:14-15 • 14 No escribo esto para avergonzaros, sino para amonestaros como a hijos míos amados. • 15 Porque aunque tengáis innumerables maestros en Cristo, sin embargo no tenéis muchos padres; pues en Cristo Jesús yo os engendré por medio del evangelio.

3. 1 Corinthians 4:14-15 • 14 I do not write these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children. 15 For if you were to have countless tutors in Christ, yet you would not have many fathers, for in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel.

13. Mateo 7:16-18 • 16 Por sus frutos los conoceréis. ¿Acaso se recogen uvas de los espinos o higos de los abrojos? • 17 Así, todo árbol bueno da frutos buenos; pero el árbol malo da frutos malos. • 18 Un árbol bueno no puede producir frutos malos, ni un árbol malo producir frutos buenos.

Hebreos 12:7-11 • 7 Es para vuestra corrección que sufrís; Dios os trata como a hijos; porque ¿qué hijo hay a quien su padre no discipline? • 8 Pero si estáis sin disciplina, de la cual todos han sido hechos participantes, entonces sois hijos ilegítimos y no hijos verdaderos . • 9 Además, tuvimos padres terrenales para disciplinarnos, y los respetábamos, ¿con cuánta más razón no estaremos sujetos al Padre de nuestros espíritus, y viviremos?

16. 10 Porque ellos nos disciplinaban por pocos días como les parecía, pero El nos disciplina para nuestro bien, para que participemos de su santidad. • 11 Al presente ninguna disciplina parece ser causa de gozo, sino de tristeza; sin embargo, a los que han sido ejercitados por medio de ella, les da después fruto apacible de justicia.

17. Hebrews 12:7-11 • 7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live?

18. 10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness. 11 All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.
