Month-to-Date Booking Table vs. Booking Audit Table • Track daily additions, changes, and deletions. • Month to Date Booking Table retains net result of any additions, changes, and/or deletions. • Booking Audit Table retains each addition, change, and/or deletion. • Kept for x days based on EXO

Booking Audit Table • Number of records created in Booking Audit Table depends on type of daily activity. • For “Addition” and “Deletion,” one new record is created. • For “Change,” one or two new records are created, depending on type of Change. • For change to Product Quantity, one new record is created to reflect new Quantity. • For change to Product, two new records are created - one to negate old record, and another to reflect new Product.

  9. Booking Audit Table Example - Change to Quantity • When changed from 5 TNE’s to 8 TNE’s… • Only one new record is created - to reflect the new Quantity.

  10. Booking Audit Table Example - Change to Product • When changed from CRC/CR34 to CRC/CR37… • One new record is created to negate CR34 (#1). • Another new record is created to insert CR37 (#2).

Retention Period • Kept for x number of days, as determined by Execution Option. 4 Booking Summary Tables provided • Branch/PEP • Branch /Sales Category/PEP • Branch/Salesperson Type/Salesperson/PEP • Branch/Salesperson Type/Salesperson/Sales Category/PEP

Daily Bookings Report • Based on Month-to-Date Booking Table. • Identifies what Orders and/or Items were taken, changed, and/or deleted for a specific Date, Salesperson, and Customer. • Run daily or for a date range (for current or previous month). • Daily Quote Bookings Report or Daily Order Bookings Report, based on User Selection. • Benefit • Used by management to monitor details of daily activities.

  13. Daily Bookings Report - Sequences Provided First sorted by Sales Division, Sales Region, Sales Branch, then: Activity is either: • New (for an Addition) • Change • Delete (for a Deletion)

  14. Daily Bookings Report - Additional Features Profit • View Metal or both Metal and Net Profit. • With Metal and Net, for each record, Net displays on first line, Metal on subsequent. Charges • Print Charges Line. • For each record, prints Charge Number, Class, Description, Qty, Qty UM, Value, Cost Value, Profit, & Profit Percentage.
