WHY GEOMETRY? Geometry lays at the very base of architecture, whatever the construction, some conceptual sketch must be made in mind according to the geometrical properties of the thing By the use of geometry the architect can make the divisions of space and introduction of proper order and ryhtms that allow for buildings both good in construction and architecture An architect's work is with designing some material things according to his/her dreams and desires.Any material thing would have some shapes and geometry deals with the shapes of any material thing You must use geometry to find the area or perimeter and that's what an architect does! Design houses and you have to be able to use shapes and the formula for area and perimeter.
